Connie's Favorite Juice Drink

I am 70 years old and I have been juicing for 20 years now.  I feel very strongly my juicing has helped me to stay young and maintain exceptional health.  When people ask my age, they always guess I am in my late 40's.   They always comment on how radiant my skin looks.  Let me share with you some of my secrets to juicing and looking so young.

Here is the juice recipe I use the most:
  • 1 1/2 apples (I use either Gala or Fuji)
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1 pickling cucumber, peeled
  • 1/4 of a small beet, approximately
  • 2 inches of ginger root (If this is too strong use less) Do not peel.
I use a Champion Juicer, however, there are many great juicers on the market.  Please keep in mind that I am not a doctor, nor do I claim my juice recipes will take 30 years off your life.
